Courses range from beginner to advanced, with support in English and Japanese—from 2-day trials to 6-week courses, up to instructor level. Study &stay at Abian Harmony Hotel—no commute, more focus.
We started in 2001 in Sanur, Bali. In 2004, we became Bali’s first government-approved school. Our training is trusted by students from Japan and other countries. We train and graduate many skilled Balinese massage and spa therapists every year.
Choose what to study based on your purpose
Choose your training by purpose, level, and technique—Balinese, Hot Stone, Herbal, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology Creambath, Shirodara and Facial
Learn a wide range of body techniques that blend relaxation with real results—Balinese Massage, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Herbal Compress (herbal ball). For head care, we teach Cream Bath (scalp spa) and Shirodhara (a gentle stream of warm oil on the forehead for deep calm). You can also add facial basics and body scrubs to round out your menu .

Abian Spa Aesthetic in Bali offers trial, professional and instructor courses where you can learn Balinese massage and gain government-recognized spa therapist qualifications.
We offer three types of courses you can choose from, depending on your goals and experience. Whether you want to simply experience Balinese healing, gain a professional qualification, or learn how to teach others as an instructor, we provide a supportive place to study – from trial courses to full certification and instructor training.
Your classroom and room are on the same property
Stay at Abian Harmony Hotel, conveniently located on the same grounds as Abian Spa Aesthetic.
Enjoy safe and comfortable accommodation with breakfast included, a relaxing pool, and just a short walk to your classes. Lunch is also provided on training days.
Located in the resort area of Sanur, Bali, Abian Harmony Hotel is directly managed by Abian Spa Aesthetic. The hotel is on the same property as the school, so there is no need to commute. All guests stay in private rooms, and if you are joining with two or more people, you can request a twin or triple (family) room.

Planning your trip to Bali for spa training.All the important entry requirements, including Tourist Visa on Arrival(VOA) & C9 Training Visa.
For a government-stamped certificate, you need a Single Entry (C9) Training Visa.If you don’t need the stamp, you can join with a Tourist Visa on Arrival (VOA / e-VOA).
