When to Apply

As a general guide, we recommend submitting your application at least 1 month before your planned arrival date in Bali.

If you are planning to arrive in Bali within 3 weeks or 2 weeks from now (less than one month before arrival), please contact us first via the inquiry form or by e-mail before submitting your application, so we can check availability.

For 2026 school holidays, please check the link below. Except for school holidays, classes are generally available every day, including weekends, public holidays and the New Year period.

At Abian Spa Aesthetic, you can join our training programs with either a Tourist Visa (Visa on Arrival / VOA) or a Single Entry C9 Training Visa.
However, if you would like to receive a government-recognized certificate with the Bali Provincial Education Department stamp, you must enter Indonesia with a Single Entry (C9) Training Visa instead of a tourist visa.
