About Sanur

Sanur Beach boardwalk and calm seaside, Bali
Sanur Beach — calm waters, sunrise, and a relaxed local vibe.

Abian Spa Aesthetic is located in Sanur, about 30 minutes by car from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Sanur is a calm, friendly seaside town popular with long-stay visitors.

Once a small fishing village, Sanur grew into an artists’ hub from the 1930s. Its wide, east-facing beach is known for beautiful sunrises; in the early morning you’ll often see yoga, joggers, and traditional cleansing rituals.

The area offers many hotels, cafés, restaurants, shops, and water sports. Compared with Kuta/Legian it is less crowded, and more relaxed than Nusa Dua—a laid-back local vibe that many visitors love. It’s also common to see Balinese people in ceremonial dress making offerings along the shore.
