Balinese Sound Healing with Bamboo & Gamelan Balls – GITA SANTHI ABIAN
Basic Lesson Time: Total 25 hours
Required Technique to Be Mastered: Balinese Gita Santhi (Bamboo & Gamelan Ball Massage)
Qualification Name: GITA SANTHI ABIAN
Course Description
Gita Santhi is a traditional Balinese healing therapy that combines soothing sound and rhythmic touch. In this course, you learn a unique massage using gamelan sound balls and a smooth bamboo stick. The gamelan balls are slightly larger than a golf ball and create a gentle, musical sound that seems to surround the whole body during the treatment.
Main Techniques
The massage focuses mainly on the shoulders and back. Two gamelan balls with slightly different tones are used together, so that their sounds and subtle vibrations bring a deep sense of relaxation to the body.
In addition, a bamboo stick of about 30 cm is used for gentle tapping and stroking techniques. This creates a light, pleasant rhythm that cannot be experienced with hands alone and offers a completely new style of comfort.
Main Benefits
- Deep relaxation and mental calm
- Support for anti-aging and general health maintenance
- Recovery from overall fatigue and tiredness
- Support for balancing the autonomic nervous system
- Improved blood and lymph circulation
