Balinese Foot Reflexology Course – TAPAK BALI ABIAN
Basic Lesson Time: Total 25 hours
Required Technique to Be Mastered: Balinese Foot Reflexology & Lower Leg Massage
Qualification Name: TAPAK BALI ABIAN
Course Description
In this course, you learn authentic Balinese-style reflexology based on traditional techniques. The treatment focuses on the feet, calves, hands, arms, and head, working on reflex zones that are believed to be connected to internal organs and the circulatory system.
By applying pressure to these reflex areas, Balinese reflexology helps activate the functions of internal organs, improve circulation, boost metabolism, and support the body’s natural healing power.
The massage improves blood flow, releases tension in both body and mind, and is effective for easing headaches, muscle fatigue, and physical and mental stress. Many clients feel refreshed and “reset” after the treatment, making it a popular method for recovery from shock, exhaustion, and long-term tiredness.
Main Benefits
- Deep relaxation and stress relief
- Improved blood and lymph circulation
- Support for recovery from fatigue and low energy
