Abian Spa Aesthetic – Training Terms & Conditions (Individual Contract)

Article 1 (Application of These Terms)

These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals (hereinafter the “Applicant”) who wish to participate in the Bali spa training program and related services (hereinafter the “Training Program”) provided through Navix Global Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Navix”).

Article 2 (Application and Formation of Contract)

1. An application under these Terms shall be deemed to have been made when the Applicant agrees to these Terms and submits the required application form or online form specified by Navix, and Navix receives it (the person whose application is accepted by Navix is hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).

2. The Training Program contract between the Participant and Navix shall be deemed concluded when Navix confirms the application in the preceding paragraph and the full program fee is received by Navix by the payment due date specified by Navix. At that point, Navix will begin arranging the Training Program.

3. As a general rule, applications should be made no later than one (1) month prior to the departure date. For applications made within one month of the departure date (e.g. three weeks or two weeks before), the Applicant must first consult Navix in advance and obtain confirmation before applying.

4. If the Applicant is a minor under 20 years of age, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required.

5. In principle, no application fee is required at the time of application; however, payment of the program fee must be made in accordance with Article 8 (Payment).

Article 3 (Refusal of Application)

Navix may refuse to accept an application if it determines that any of the following apply:

  • The Applicant does not meet the application requirements.
  • The Applicant is a minor and has not obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • The Training Program has reached its maximum capacity.
  • The application deadline cannot be met.
  • Navix determines that the Applicant’s health or other conditions may make safe participation in the Training Program difficult.
  • Navix otherwise deems the application inappropriate.

Article 4 (Scope of the Training Program)

The Training Program includes procedures for enrollment at the training school (Abian Spa Aesthetic and partner institutions), accommodation arrangements, and coordination of training schedules. However, it does not guarantee the Participant’s qualification acquisition, course completion, employment, or any future results.

Enrollment Procedures

Navix will handle confirmation of required documents, instructions for their preparation, submission of documents, confirmation of payment, and registration with the local school.

Accommodation Arrangements

Navix will arrange accommodation (hotel) for the duration of the Training Program. However, Navix does not guarantee that all personal preferences (room type, facilities, etc.) can be fully met.

Visa Procedures

Navix does not directly act as a visa agent. If a visa is required, the Participant must apply for and obtain the visa at their own responsibility and expense, unless otherwise separately arranged.

Airport Transfers

Navix will arrange transfers between Denpasar (Ngurah Rai) Airport and the accommodation only if such transfers are included in the selected Training Program plan.

Final Travel Documents

After confirming receipt of the program fee, Navix will send the final itinerary, meeting place details, and information on what to bring to the Participant.

Article 5 (Submission of Required Documents)

The Participant must submit all required documents specified by Navix (application form, consent form, passport copy, etc.) by the deadline designated by Navix. If documents are submitted late, it may interfere with the arrangements, and Navix shall bear no responsibility for any resulting issues.

  • Qualification exam fees (e.g. Indonesian government application fee JPY 3,000 for Single Visa holders, practical exam fee JPY 4,000, etc.) may be set separately.

Article 7 (Changes and Change Fees)

1. If the Participant wishes to change the schedule, course, or length of stay before the training starts, Navix may accept changes only if Navix considers them feasible. Additional costs may arise depending on the requested changes.

However, Navix cannot accept date-change requests made from two (2) days before the departure date to the day of departure for the Participant’s personal reasons.

Article 10 (Impossibility of Procedures)

If it becomes impossible to arrange or implement the Training Program due to reasons attributable to the Participant, such as failure to submit required documents or delay in payment, any fees already paid will not be refunded. Any additional costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the Participant.

Article 11 (Termination by Navix)

Navix may terminate the contract if any of the following apply:

  • The required documents are not submitted by the specified deadline.
  • The training fee is not paid by the specified deadline.
  • Navix is unable to contact the Participant for an extended period.
  • False information is found in the application.
  • The Participant violates these Terms and Conditions.

In such cases, as a general rule, no refund will be made, and any loss incurred shall be borne by the Participant.

Handling When the Participant Cannot Be Contacted

If Navix receives no response from the Participant within seven (7) days after Navix sends a message (email, phone, or other means), the Participant will be deemed “unreachable”, and Navix Global Network may process the booking as a cancellation.

In the event of non-response or violation of these Terms, Navix may refuse all future applications (including scholarship or special programs). This may apply to all application channels of Navix and Abian Spa Aesthetic, including certified schools and partner schools.

In cases of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or official restrictions, Navix will discuss the situation individually upon presentation of appropriate evidence.

Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by Navix, the maximum amount of compensation for damages that Navix may be liable for shall be limited to the total amount of training fees actually paid by the Participant to Navix. If Navix is not liable, Navix shall have no obligation to compensate for damages.

Article 14 (Confidentiality)

Navix will not provide the Participant’s personal information to third parties except in emergencies, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances. However, Navix may provide the minimum necessary information to local training institutions, accommodation providers, and other related parties as needed to implement the Training Program.
